How it works
- Free, instantly: the page detects the competitors in your notes, counts your material, and shows exactly what a long paste gets clipped to. to replay a saved analysis without paying.
- The analysis: one metered AI run scores the five forces, places every named player on a positioning map, fills the four-actions grid, and writes the opportunities and positioning statement — using only your pasted facts.
- Accountable output: the page cross-checks the result against its own prescan, in both directions — a competitor you pasted that never reached the map, and a player on the map that you never pasted, are both called out.
- Iterate: every run is saved to your SkillSafe account (and mirrored in this browser). Pin a baseline, update your notes as you learn more, re-run, and the diff tells you which forces, players and opportunities actually moved.
- Take it with you: the positioning map exports as SVG or PNG for the deck slide, the recommendations export as a tickable task list, and the whole thing regroups into per-competitor battlecards.
